Seeing God in the Son... and the Sun.

My beautiful roommates, Kylie & Jessica, introduced me to this song. It's tune was on my heart this morning. How amazing it is that each day we are promised a fresh start. Many of us have heard the love verses about "Love is patient, Love is kind..." One of the shortest verses in the Bible says "God is love." Therefore, God is patient and kind... Through my life, He has helped me explore some of the other verses: "Love/God doesn't demand its own way. Love/God doesn't keep a record of wrongs." Each morning our slate is clean and the journey lies ahead for the taking. I pray that we'll come alive today, shedding the bondages of Self. I pray that He'll open our eyes to the beauty and life that He want's to give us. I pray we can let go, walk in His freedom, and overflow with love (through only His strength) to be His loving hands and feet to the world.
